Merchandise returns get you down? Not at EastCoastGSM.com, we make it hassle-free! You may return a purchase for an exchange or store credit to our returns processing center by requesting a returns authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order. Just follow the simple instructions below and be sure to read our guidelines to make your return simple and easy.

Returning to Our Processing Center

Please follow the steps below to complete your return:

  1. Simply email us your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request including a detailed description of why you are returning the item

  2. Please circle the item you wish to return on your packing invoice.

  3. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.

  4. Pack your return securely.

  5. You can return your package using USPS, UPS, Fedex whatever is the most convenient for you. However, be sure to insure your package for the full value amount as we cannot assume responsibility for your returned item until it comes into our possession.

  6. Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email us at

No Packing Invoice?

If you do not have the original invoice enclosed with your order please email us at
customersupport@EastCoastGSM.com. Our associates will be happy to assist you.

Returns and Credits

We'll exchange your item or credit your account with the value of the item and any taxes you were charged minus a 20% restocking fee (if applicable). Please allow up to 30 days for processing your return. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive a refund, items must be in new condition and the original packing invoice should accompany your return.

Exchanges

Our associates at
customersupport@EastCoastGSM.com will be happy to assist you with exchanges or replacements of any items purchased at EastCoastGSM's online store or received as gifts. For exchanges of mis-sent orders or damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you your replacement with no additional shipping charges.

 

  Shipping Policies

All items are shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package.

EastCoastGSM is now offering free shipping for a limited time..

Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 900AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

* We process all orders in the order received, upgraded shipping options are for carrier service only. Our shipping dept will not expedite any shipments with upgraded shipping service. For rush orders, please contact our shipping dept at customersupport@EastCoastGSM.com to discuss your best shipping options.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box address.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by sending an email to customersupport@eastcoastgsm.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policies for easy returns.
